WIW: the day late edition

Huh? Let me break some things down for you. I’ve only worked out once this week(so far, I’m hoping that I finish the week 4 strong) and eating has been sketchy at best. Yesterday was okay…with the exception of an uber delicious chunk of carrot cake with the creamiest, most amazing cream cheese frosting. Oh man. And then three vodkas(on the rocks, splash of cran, extra lime juice, thank you!) during the Dita Von Teese show last night(sooooo ah-may-ZING!) and then lots of drunk pizza slices. This morning I resisted getting an Egg McMuffin and instead made an egg sandwich at home(wheat bread, FTW). I weighed in after I ate…and I’m just flabbergasted! Only three pounds from being out of the 160’s!!! This is an unbelievable thing people! I hope the scale continues to go down, fingers crossed!

Tuesday quick style

*Going to do 30DS before work

*had protein pancakes for breakfast, salad for lunch, soup and hummus for dinner.

*weighed in at 162.8 this morning. Happy to see pre-holiday number.

*need to drink lots more water, but that will get done.

*tomorrows weigh in probably won’t be a loss and I’m okay with that. Next week will be better!

*Going to commit to a 6am workout because I’m spending the day lounging by the pool, playing in mud and getting massaged (aka: going to Glenn Ivy Day Spa)…

*… then I’m going to see Dita Von Teese with my best girlfriends. So very excited. And I’m pretty sure seeing her amazing body will be great motivation for me Thursday.
